More Preset Updates

We recently launched beta support for PSR-12 with the psr12 preset. Today we have added 3 more rules to this preset, and one to our recommended recommended preset.

1. To our psr12 preset, the blank_line_after_opening_tag, new_with_braces and single_trait_insert_per_statement fixers have been added.
2. To our recommended preset, the single_trait_insert_per_statement fixer has been added.
